Marlee Adams is not looking for love. All she wants to do is not think about the fact that her mother is dead, hang out with her friends at the local diner, and drop out of school forever. She’s definitely not looking to fall in love with the new, very hot, and very unavailable German exchange student, Maximilian Hoffman. But, love has a funny way of sneaking up on you when you least expect it. Spanning years and continents, Marlee finds herself inexplicably drawn toward Max for reasons she can’t explain, all while dealing with grief, managing friendships, and most importantly, falling in love.

SHILOH BROOKS IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A  ROOMMATE. OR TWO.

Thankfully, Ava Marshall, and her best friend Ashtyn, are also in the market. When Shiloh moves in, divorced and down on his luck, it seems like a fresh start.

Ava, a head in the clouds romantic, knows she should keep things platonic with her new roommate. Unfortunately, her heart has other plans.

A year of boating, summer camping, and friendly soccer games bring Shiloh and Ava closer together, and a burning question arises: Can two, lonely  roommates, find solace within each other? Or will they let their spark fizzle  out, ruining everything they've worked so hard to build?

Moving Out

Ashtyn King can’t stand Drew Mitchell. Drew Mitchell can’t get enough of Ashtyn King.

From the day they met, when Drew accidently dropped a moving box on Ashtyn’s foot, he’s annoyed her to her wits’ end. She can barely stand to be in the same room as him. Except, of course, when they happened to share a New Year’s Eve kiss… something neither of them speak about. Ashtyn’s been avoiding Drew ever since. But when they run into each other on Valentine’s Day, Ashtyn’s feelings become that much more complicated.

With their relationship at an impasse, it seems neither will get what they want. That is, until Ashtyn's landlord decides to sell the house she and her friends call home, and she suddenly finds herself in need of a new roommate. Good thing a handsome, annoying blonde has an extra bedroom in his new apartment. With no other options, Ashtyn reluctantly accepts Drew’s offer.

This second installment of the Moving series follows Ashtyn and Drew as they learn to live together as friends. Will they figure out how to coexist, or will they inevitably turn into something more?
